| For us art is a family afair. My father, Marshal Wortham, is an acomplished painter and is a retired professor emeritus from the Texas State University Art Department. In addition my oldest brother George has a degree in painting and my other brother, Miles, is a professional graphic artist. My own background includes commercial graphic art work as well as five years of formal training at Texas State Univesity in Fine Art with an emphasis in Studio Painting and Sculpture.
